Owner / Chef Callie Salls is a professionally trained chef and honors graduate with a Culinary Arts Diploma from the Culinary School of Fort Worth. Along with her culinary education, Callie holds a Bachelors of Science in Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in Studio Art from Texas Christian University.
After culinary school, Callie began teaching as an Assistant Chef at the Culinary School of Fort Worth and worked evenings cooking at Lili’s Bistro on Magnolia. She also wrote columns for the “Easy Entertaining” spread for Fort Worth Foodie magazine. Local clients who followed her food blog, Linguine and Dirty Martinis, began asking for her services for private parties and weekly meals— and the rest was history!
Callie specializes in cooking for special lifestyles with a local and seasonal concentration. She lives in Fort Worth with her husband Allan and their black lab puppy, Fitz Roy, named after their honeymoon travels in Buenos Aires.
Chef Keith Gimpel
Chef Keith Gimpel is a professionally trained chef and honors graduate with a Gastronomy and Kitchen Management Diploma from the Culinary School of Fort Worth.
After culinary school, Keith began teaching as an Assistant Chef at the Culinary School of Fort Worth for upper level classes. Three years ago, he began assisting Linguine and Dirty Martinis with private events around Fort Worth. He also has extensive experience with other local personal chef services including Savor Culinary Services and Ultimate Cuisine and Catering.
Keith specializes in charcuterie, meat fabrication and cooking for special lifestyles with a seasonal concentration. He lives in Fort Worth with his wife Lauren and has a busy schedule of new personal chef clientele.
Chef Michael Ramsey
Chef Michael Ramsey is a professionally trained chef and honors graduate with a Culinary Arts Diploma from the Culinary School of Fort Worth.
In his twenties, Michael spent extensive time traveling to worldwide destinations such as Hawaii, Bali, Indonesia and Tokyo, and he lived in San Francisco to learn more about each culture and cuisine. This is where Michael developed a strong love and passion for food.
After attending culinary school, Michael built his strong resume with caterings, private parties, bar services, event planning, floral arrangements, personal chef and private chef services, and working as a traveling chef. Michael specializes in a southwestern flair and Italian cuisine. He has an infectious personality and can’t wait to spread it to his clients!
